Tirta Ayu Spa Booking Terms<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To book an appointment for your chosen treatment, you may do this only via our website. You will be charged a booking accruable fee of \u20a620,000 which will be deducted from the total cost of service at the spa. This fee is refundable if cancellation terms are met.<\/p>

Your appointment will not be registered in our system if booking is incomplete or payment has not been received from no fault of ours.<\/p>

Changes & Cancellation<\/h6>

Cancellations<\/strong> must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and full refund of your commitment deposit will be credited to the bank or credit card used in making payment.<\/p>

No Refunds<\/strong> will be applicable if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the date\/time of your visit. Full Refund Policy here<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>

Date Changes<\/strong> may be altered free of charge, provided that the change is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.<\/p>

Availability<\/h6>

Whilst we do all we can to ensure that all treatments and experiences are available, there may be times when some are unavailable due to unforeseeable circumstances. A member of our reservations team will contact you to confirm availability for the date and time chosen.<\/p>

We cannot guarantee the availability of all or any particular services or treatments. We may recommend similar experiences for you, or you will be advised of a cancellation. It’s best that you book an appointment at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time.<\/p>

All prices on our website are subject to change at any time without prior notice and are sometimes available only at the spa. Please enquire about pricing by reaching us on WhatsApp or by telephone.<\/p>

Service Sales & Gift Vouchers<\/h6>

All spa services and gift vouchers are considered final sale and are non-refundable.<\/p>

Retail Products<\/h6>

Retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase<\/strong> provided they meet the following conditions:<\/p>

  • Items must be unused and in original condition<\/li>
  • Original packaging must be intact<\/li>
  • Valid proof of purchase (receipt) must be presented<\/li><\/ul>
    Refund Process<\/h6>

    Standard Policy:<\/strong> Refunds are not available in cash or credited back to your original payment method.<\/p>

    Management Discretion:<\/strong> In exceptional circumstances, management may authorise a refund at their sole discretion. Where approved, refunds will be issued as spa credit only<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Spa Credit Terms<\/h6>
    • Credit value equals the original purchase amount<\/li>
    • Valid for use on any products or services at Tirta Ayu Spa Lagos<\/li>
    • Must be used within 6 months<\/strong> from the date of issue<\/li>

      At Tirta Ayu Spa Nigeria, we are delighted to offer our customers the opportunity to give and receive the gift of wellness. Our Gift Card Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of gift cards at our spa. By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you agree to comply with the following terms.<\/p>

      1. Gift Card Purchase<\/strong><\/h6>

      • Available Gift Cards<\/strong>: Gift cards can be purchased for specific spa packages, treatments, or a monetary value.<\/p>

        • Spa Package Gift Cards<\/strong>: These gift cards are linked to particular spa packages (e.g., Tirta Signature Ritual<\/em>, The Royal Javanese Ritual<\/em>).<\/p><\/li>

        • Monetary Value Gift Cards<\/strong>: These gift cards are loaded with a set value (\u20a6X,000) and can be used towards any treatments, products, or services at the spa.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Method of Purchase<\/strong>: Gift cards can be purchased online via our website or directly at any of our spa locations.<\/p><\/li>

        • Gift Card Delivery<\/strong>: Once purchased, the recipient will receive a personalised email voucher containing a unique redemption code within 12 hours. This voucher will contain details of the selected treatment or the monetary value of the gift card.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          2. Redemption of Gift Cards<\/strong><\/h6>

          • Appointment Requirement<\/strong>: The recipient of the gift card must book an appointment in advance at any of our spa locations (Lekki, Victoria Island, or Asokoro) by calling or using our online booking system.<\/p><\/li>

          • Voucher Presentation<\/strong>: The gift card voucher must be presented as proof of purchase upon arrival at the spa. The email voucher, with the unique code, is sufficient as proof.<\/p><\/li>

          • Spa Location<\/strong>: Gift cards are redeemable at the specific Tirta Ayu Spa locations mentioned in the voucher. Please ensure that the location of your appointment is suitable for redemption before booking.<\/p><\/li>

          • Treatment Selection<\/strong>: If a monetary value gift card is issued, the recipient can choose any treatment or package that is within the value of the card. If the gift card is for a specific spa package, the recipient must redeem the exact treatment as indicated on the voucher.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            3. Expiry of Gift Cards<\/strong><\/h6>

            • Expiry Date<\/strong>: Each gift card has an expiry date which will be clearly stated in the email voucher.<\/p><\/li>

            • Expired Cards<\/strong>: Gift cards cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. We are unable to extend the validity of any expired gift cards.<\/p><\/li>

            • No Refunds After Expiry<\/strong>: Once the gift card has expired, no refund, replacement, or extension will be offered, even if the receiver has not used the card.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              4. Customisation and Package Changes<\/strong><\/h6>

              • Non-Customisable Packages<\/strong>: The recipient is not able to alter the specific package or treatment selected by the gifter. Gift card values are set based on the chosen treatment and cannot be exchanged for different services or products unless permitted under specific conditions.<\/p><\/li>

              • Exemptions<\/strong>: In certain circumstances (e.g., availability, special requests), some adjustments may be made, but this will be at the discretion of Tirta Ayu Spa and may require additional payment. These requests must be made prior to the appointment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                5. If the Treatment Costs More Than the Gift Card Value<\/strong><\/h6>

                • Top-Up Requirement<\/strong>: If the recipient chooses a treatment or package that exceeds the value of the gift card, they will be required to pay the difference at the spa.<\/p>

                  • Example<\/strong>: If the gift card covers \u20a6100,000, and the recipient chooses a package worth \u20a6120,000, the recipient must pay the \u20a620,000 difference at the spa.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                    6. Multiple Gift Cards for One Visit<\/strong><\/h6>

                    • Combining Gift Cards<\/strong>: The recipient can combine multiple gift cards or vouchers for a single visit. If multiple gift cards are used, the total value will be applied towards the treatment(s) selected.<\/p>

                      • Example<\/strong>: If the recipient has two gift cards, one for \u20a650,000 and the other for \u20a675,000, the total value of \u20a6125,000 will be applied to the treatment of choice.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                        7. Appointment and Reservation Policies<\/strong><\/h6>

                        • Booking in Advance<\/strong>: An appointment must be scheduled in advance to redeem any gift card or voucher. Walk-ins are not guaranteed, and treatment may not be available without prior reservation.<\/p><\/li>

                        • Cancellation and Rescheduling<\/strong>: If the recipient needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this period may result in forfeiture of the gift card\u2019s value.<\/p><\/li>

                        • Late Arrivals<\/strong>: Arriving late to an appointment may reduce the treatment time. If the recipient is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled, and the gift card may be considered redeemed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                          8. Gratuity and Additional Costs<\/strong><\/h6>

                          • Gratuity<\/strong>: Gift cards do not include gratuity. It is customary to tip the spa staff for their service, and tips are welcomed and appreciated at the receiver\u2019s discretion.<\/p><\/li>

                          • Additional Costs<\/strong>: If the recipient wishes to add extra services (such as upgraded treatments, products, or additional services) that are not covered by the gift card, they will be required to pay for these services directly at the spa.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                            9. Refunds and Returns<\/strong><\/h6>

                            • Non-Refundable<\/strong>: All gift card sales are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.<\/p><\/li>

                            • Lost or Stolen Cards<\/strong>: Tirta Ayu Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. However, if the recipient has proof of purchase, we may assist with reissuing a new card (subject to approval and availability). A fee may apply for reissue.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                              10. Transferability<\/strong><\/h6>

                              • Transferable<\/strong>: Gift cards are transferable, meaning the recipient can transfer the gift card to someone else. However, once transferred, the gift card is still subject to the same terms and conditions as outlined in this policy.<\/p><\/li>

                              • Non-Replaceable<\/strong>: If a gift card is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced unless there is proof of purchase and at the sole discretion of Tirta Ayu Spa.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                                11. Restrictions<\/strong><\/h6>

                                • Combination with Other Offers<\/strong>: Gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers, unless explicitly stated on the voucher.<\/p><\/li>

                                • Limited to Services Only<\/strong>: Gift cards are only valid for spa services or products, as listed on the voucher.
