  • How can the receiver redeem a gift card or voucher?

    The receiver must make an appointment by calling the reservation line for the specified location and present the gift card email with the unique code at the spa.

  • Do gift cards or vouchers expire?

    The receiveru2019s gift card would expire six months from the purchase date, and will be noted in the voucher email.

  • Can the receiver use their gift card at any Tirta Ayu Spa location?

    The receiver can redeem the gift card only at the location specified in the voucher (e.g., Lekki, Victoria Island, Lekki, or Asokoro). Exceptions may be granted under certain conditions. Contact Client Services for details.

  • What if the treatment costs more than the gift card value?

    The receiver can pay the price difference for a treatment exceeding the gift cardu2019s value at the spa.

  • Can the receiver combine multiple gift cards for one visit?

    The receiver can combine multiple valid gift cards for a single visit at the same location, if processed during booking.
