Tirta Ayu Spa Booking Terms
To book an appointment for your chosen treatment, you may do this only via our website. You will be charged a booking accruable fee of ₦20,000 which will be deducted from the total cost of service at the spa. This fee is refundable if cancellation terms are met.
Your appointment will not be registered in our system if booking is incomplete or payment has not been received from no fault of ours.
Changes & Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and full refund of your commitment deposit will be credited to the bank or credit card used in making payment.
No Refunds will be applicable if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the date/time of your visit. Full Refund Policy here.
Date Changes may be altered free of charge, provided that the change is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Availability
Whilst we do all we can to ensure that all treatments and experiences are available, there may be times when some are unavailable due to unforeseeable circumstances. A member of our reservations team will contact you to confirm availability for the date and time chosen.
We cannot guarantee the availability of all or any particular services or treatments. We may recommend similar experiences for you, or you will be advised of a cancellation. It’s best that you book an appointment at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
All prices on our website are subject to change at any time without prior notice and are sometimes available only at the spa. Please enquire about pricing by reaching us on WhatsApp or by telephone.

Refund Policy
Service Sales & Gift Vouchers
All spa services and gift vouchers are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
Retail Products
Retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Valid proof of purchase (receipt) must be presented
Refund Process
Standard Policy: Refunds are not available in cash or credited back to your original payment method.
Management Discretion: In exceptional circumstances, management may authorise a refund at their sole discretion. Where approved, refunds will be issued as spa credit only.
Spa Credit Terms
- Credit value equals the original purchase amount
- Valid for use on any products or services at Tirta Ayu Spa Lagos
- Must be used within 6 months from the date of issue
- Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
