Packages valid from 10th – 28th of February.

• To secure reservations for the 14th of February, full payment is required at the time of booking. 
• No changes or refunds are permitted.
• Regrettably, if you are late for your appointment, we may have to shorten your treatment time or possibly even cancel your appointment. 
• No-shows and appointments cancelled due to late arrival will attract a no-show fee of 70% of total cost. The balance amount will be created as a spa monetary voucher valid for 6 months.
• Gift Cards of Valentine’s packages are valid until the 31st of March 2025.
• Physical Gift Cards are available in Spa only. E-vouchers (to be sent to the recipient’s email) can be purchased from our website.
